MailRemover is a web-based tool that helps users manage and clean their Gmail inbox by:

  • Scanning emails based on user-provided search queries
  • Displaying email statistics grouped by sender
  • Moving selected emails to trash or archive at the user's request

3. User Responsibilities

By using MailRemover, you agree that:

  • You are the authorized owner or have permission to access the Gmail account you connect
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any actions (such as trashing emails) before executing them
  • You understand that moving emails to trash is your decision and responsibility
  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We do not warrant that:

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Google Account Access

MailRemover accesses your Gmail account through Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication system. By using this Service:

  • You authorize MailRemover to access your Gmail data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings
  • We adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to send spam or engage in abusive behavior
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
